Brief
The Johor Bahru Furniture Association wanted one short film that tells its story from 1978 to today, in about 105 seconds.

Material
The client supplied archive and event still photographs. There was no filming.

Script & storyboard
We wrote the script and storyboard in five acts, from the founding to the future.

AI animation
Each photo was animated with generative AI into video: gentle camera moves, natural movement and clean light.
- 05
Edit, music & narration
The shots were edited to music and narration, with subtitles.
- 06
Delivery
The final film was delivered for YouTube and the association’s own use.
