During Malaysia’s Movement Control Order (MCO), buyers couldn’t visit sales galleries. A brand agency working for Sime Darby Property brought Tech Action in to create virtual tour videos, so anyone could explore the projects online.
We produced a presenter-led series for four townships: Serenia City, Bandar Bukit Raja, Nilai Impian and VEO. Each video combines a presenter with maps, imagery and motion graphics to explain the location and highlights of the township, delivered in horizontal (16:9) and portrait (9:16) versions.
