Optimus Medini, Iskandar Puteri – Property Promo Video

Optimus Medini offers modern apartments of 700 to 905 sq ft in Iskandar Puteri (Nusajaya), Johor.

To reach different buyer groups in Malaysia and Singapore, we produced two versions of the promo, one with a Chinese-speaking presenter and one in Malay. Each combines showroom and scale-model footage with clear on-screen pricing and key selling points.

What we did

• Presenter directing in two languages
• Showroom and scale-model filming
• Motion graphics for prices and key facts
