Chingay Johor Bahru 2017 – Cultural Documentary

Chingay, the annual procession of the Johor Old Chinese Temple, is one of Johor Bahru’s best-loved cultural events. It draws huge crowds, colourful performances and fast-moving parade floats through the streets at night.

We documented the 2017 procession on Jalan Yahya Awal with fast, low-light cameras and gimbal tracking that puts viewers inside the parade.
